At Charlie's Wholesale, we strive to ensure your home inventory is top-tier; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your wholesale account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the carton and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a warehouse pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned home goods for resellable condition, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
